Please note that all sessions are 30 minutes long, and multiple dogs must live in the same household or be pre-approved friends/neighbors to be exercised together.

Customers Often Ask

Please avoid feeding your dog for one to two hours before your appointment. We also ask that you allow your dog to relieve themselves before we arrive to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. All dogs will be securely harnessed while on the treadmill. We carry a variety of harnesses in the van, but if your pup has a favorite or best-fitting harness, we recommend having it ready for use.

Yes! Dogs walk or run at their own pace. We monitor your dog’s health and well- being throughout.

Yes — if they live together or are pre-approved friends/neighbors. Otherwise, sessions are private, 1:1.

At least one session per week is recommended.

We introduce dogs slowly with positive encouragement. Most dogs get comfortable after one or two sessions.
